50 Ways to Stand Up to Cancer

Wednesday, August 29, 2012

My darling niece sent me this website www.wholeliving.com/1836
. It’s a Martha Stewart publication and each time the issue is viewed, they’ll make a donation to the initiative.

I’d not heard of the organization, but discovered en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St
their “ultimate goal is to turn every person diagnosed with cancer into a survivor”.

Not a bad goal and it looks like a wonderful resource as we continue our journeys toward becoming "AWAKE! ALIVE! AWARE! and Appreciative of ALL that IS".

Love their goal as that is what I would love to see in my lifetime as well! Thank you for posting this article. I take part in the Relay For Life with the American Cancer Society on the committee this year helping with food for dinner. It is so rewarding for me to be a part of it and fighting back with a disease that I once had.

Thank you for the link! Some good tips in those 50, most of which I am aware of, but I still hate coffee and refuse to drink it ;) I will tolerate tea, my raw green stuff of course..
I hope many will see these links and be aware of them!
Way to go finding this and sharing!

I agree that it's a great goal for a disease that I personally consider an epidemic. I viewed the article for the donation and found it was worthwhile.

As always, thanks for sharing. AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, congrats on being done with your treatment!!

    Take care -
