    I know you can do this! Take the time to walk , it will make you a better mom. When my kids were little I had to wait until my husband came home to get a walk. I learned to cherish those half hour evening walks by my self, I would wait all day for that "me time". In retrospect that was the beginning of my interest in my own health. You deserve it! emoticon
