I did not walk at lunch time yesterday. I had started a running program and was on the second day. I knew I was going to get on the treadmill after work. There was talk about skipping the treadmill last night and waking up at 4am to get my workout. I had my clothes all ready to get up early today, but I looked down at my Fitbit. It read less than 5,000 steps. I also realized that the new 5k101 program I started meant I would run three times this week with one day in between for rest. If I skipped last night it would totally screw up my plan. I grabbed my ipod and got on the treadmill. I am so proud of myself for not giving in to the "I'll just do it tomorrow!"
