Ok today was my weigh in day and I was very surprised when I faced the scale
It was down!! Not only was it down, but it was down 1.8. I was expecting a loss, but not that much. So after my shower I faced the scale again, and it was down 2 lbs. So in the 20 min I took my shower I lost .2 lbs
OK I was like that can't be real, so I get on again, and yes I lost 2 lbs this week
This got me thinking what did I do different this week? I think the biggest change in the week was I am eating my breakfast between 1 to 2 hours of being up!! Yes I did increase my activity for 2 days, but just the 2 days, so I don't think that is it. My nutritionist told me how important eating breakfast within 1 hour of getting up, so I made it happen. And I got results. So please try and get your breakfast in within 1 hour of getting up everyday. It really does help!!!! Have a healthy and active day.
