I need help. My struggle has been going on for nearly 4 years. I jog 2-3 1/2 miles 4 - 5 times a week. I watch what I eat, limiting my calorie intake. But I have a horrible time dropping ANY of this weight. So, I decided to make myself accountable to you. Please help keep on track.
My overall goal is to lose 50 lbs. I know I could afford to lose more, but I want to start with 50. If I put it here then I have less of a chance of later saying "well, 40 would be good", "hmm, maybe just 30"!
But I need to START with 2! Right now, August 29th I want to lose 10 lbs by October 1. That is less than 2 lbs a week. I would love to hear how others have achieved this, hear your stories, helpful tips and tricks, etc.
And so it begins.....
