Watching the scale go in the right direction is encouraging. I love the Nutrition tracker and Fitness tracker! It's well worth the time it takes to log it in!! I walked for a hour yesterday and plan to jog/run at least 10 laps today. Hopefully, I will add another. I aim at getting it to 16 laps then improving my time.
