- 30 minutes total up to 4 incline varying speed 2.6-3.0
- 20 minutes total varying incline up to 10 resistance 3-4
I left my Ipod at home yesterday and I felt all so naked at the gym. I really realize how much I'm motivated by music to workout. On top of that I left my water bottle in the car and didn't want to lose my treadmill so I worked out without it. Being without my Ipod is definitely a no no, i couldn't find my mojo but I made it 50 minutes!!!!!
I feel better about my unsuccessful weekend, thanks to a great fellow Sparker. Although yesterday I was completely honest when I logged my food, I was on the HIGH end of my calories for the day. However, I was within my range. I had a mindless snacking day at work. Due to sitting at my desk, staring at a training on my computer for 8 hours. All so glad I didn't travel to the site for this training. The first day was a total waste. Today I'm better prepared as I brought, cherries and watermelon for my snacks. I brought my breakfast and lunch so a day of healthy eating is ahead. I got my Ipod in my bag so I look forward to a great workout this afternoon.
I'm cramping today for some reason but I will pop some Aleve if it gets worse. Otherwise I'm ready for a successful day, week, continued journey. I got less than 2 weeks before surgery and I was hoping to reach 265 or be very close to it before then. I'll be down for 3 weeks maybe less so I'm now trying to get my plan of action on how to stay motivated and successful during this time. Suggestions welcome....
