I've lost 5 1/2 pounds in a little under 2 months. I wanted to lose weight faster but I can't complain. Right now my busy life doesn't allow much exercise time so I am happy that I'm still able to lose simply by changing my diet. I only had 1 hiccup in which I gained weight, but every weigh-in has been successful in that I lost weight.
I'm trying incredibly hard not to fall back into my old eating habits. I love red meat, I love sugar and I love bread. I just take each week at a time and focus on losing 1 pound for that week.
