Well, I did excellent this weekend. I worked hard at making the right food choices and as excited about it. I didn't feel guilty or felt like I ate too much.

So imagine my disappointment when I stepped on the scale and I gained 3 pounds. I can't figure out how that is een possible.

I am working hard o to get my mind back into the right set. I am doing better today than I was yesterday.

I can do this, I know I can
