I had totally forgotten that I was posting a blog when I was going low carb. Since those days my wonderful husband of 52 years has passed away. I'm still going to the gym, playing golf, and I've added contract bridge and a book club to my activities. I've also given up Atkins (sigh) and am now losing weight the old fashioned way - counting calories. That doesn't mean I don't continue to watch carbs, especially the processed ones, but it means I can "live' in any environment and lose weight. I hope everyone is following their "plan" and doing great!
