It reminds me of flavorless quinoa or grits. I added some fruit. Tasteless for me means not terrible which is a good thing. I would not mind trying to use flour to make pancakes or something.
No updates on weight loss. I have not really lost any weight but I'm still trying to consistently do one plan instead of pieces of plans. I've been reading Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Recharged Plan. Its a very good read because she makes the plan do-able and she offers a gluten free version too which is cool.
I'm so hungry today. Not sure why. I tried my first cup of kefir too. I can actually tolerate it somewhat....no immediate bathroom trips. No excessive bloating. The plain is nasty but I know how to chugalug from my college days. LOL.
Today was a check-in. Vacation coming up this weekend. Very short. Two days but I'm looking forward to getting out and going back to the beach.
