Eat enough!

I have not been eating enough. I need to plan my meals better. I was feeling pretty funky yesterday so I decided today I would eat more and I do feel better. It's not like me to not eat all my calories, but lately my schedule has made it such that I don't end up eating enough because I get busy and then I run out of day. Better planning will help for sure AND making myself stop what I'm doing to eat. If I'm really busy I don't feel hungry and don't want to stop what I'm doing. I know better. Maybe I'll set an alarm on my phone...

I always keep some natural almonds around for a healthy snack.

    Good to be aware of these things. For me I have problems taking enough protien but it evens up over the week.

    I know exactly what you mean! I find it strange that I can eat 4x my calories with no problem, or not eat enough when I'm focused on being healthy. It's all a balancing act, isn't it? Good idea about setting your phone alarm. Make sure to have snacks planned out for the day to help you focus. Keep up the good work!

    Maybe you could carry some snacks with you, so you can eat a little in between meals. I like to eat a little something every couple of hours to keep my blood sugar from dropping too much between meals. Also my coworkers appreciate it because I don't get cranky just before lunch. emoticon
