My legs were still sore with Sunday workout, sore muscles made it difficult for me to climb stairs,
just did low-intensity cardio workout with sparkpeople core workout Video

Day went fine except a cup of iced coffee i ordered
i am buying most of my food from outside and its difficult for me to track them in nutrition tracker

Breakfast: Papri Chaat
Snack: iced coffee +
Lunch: Food Court Thai Food
2pm: Hot cofee + 1 oreo cookie, 10 gms coconut candy, 5 gram eclairs
4pm: 2 wholewheat bread slice with 1 cheese slice
7pm: brown rice + rajma and yogurt
after dinner: small rasgulla and 1 small toberlome

    It seems like you BLT (bite, lick, taste) sweets. 5g here and 10g there. It sounds like a lot but thats actually a couple of bites of each. I know its still not what you want but I think its a good transition. You dont have to go cold turkey.

    Woman...u need to quit on the sweets...are u portion sizing normally...Try eating more veggies and protein to fill u up than carbs from rice and noodles...and try cutting down sweets...dont have to go cold turkey but I notice when u eat a little more fat like nuts, u can stave off hunger and sweets cravings..
