Today I turned 35, and I promised my self I would be back in the 170's by today. Well I am not, but I am more motivated then ever. My five year old said to me today "momma I shouldnt drink juice I need to get back to being healthy" I thought how many times has she listened to me say that that she now thinks that is normal!
My goal is to walk/jog 2-3 times a week
my goal is to track my food all month
eat fruit and veggies every day
and lose 5Lbs by September first
start small and work my way to those size 10 jeans!!
