Just watched the SparkCoach video about generating more time in the day to be able to exercise more and work on a healthy diet. Some great ideas - from multitasking - like watch your favourite TV show whist working out, or use the slow cooker more, or simply saying 'no' when people want you to do something. Some great article and blogs to read on this topic too. I think I'm pretty good at multitasking - I save up my calls and take walk whilst making them, usually on my way to buy lunch which is at least a 10 minute walk from my office (faster in the rain!). Exercise is my priority, as if I exercise, I tend not to want to eat all the foods that I love but that are bad for me. If I can make the time to exercise, I'm pretty confident everything else will fall into place.
