I havent been losing weight. But apparently I am gaining muscle!
Here a a few pictures my trainer snapped yesterday when I mastered a 300lb deadlift! That is like lifting my 6 ft 5 boyfriend!
It felt great to leave the gym determined, strong, and on an upbeat note.
Can't wait to go back on Wednesday!
And I think my face is getting a bit thinner too.....
