Yesterday's tip was how to get back on track after a misstep.
Get over the guilt by getting right back on track as soon as
possible. Don't let one bad day become more. Think of
1 step back and 2 steps forward instead of the other way around,
Don't overcompensate for the time you came up short.
Try a short workout or walk. Drink water.
Try a new recipe. Eat breakfast. Read old blogs to inspire you
or listen to inspirational music. Anything to get you back on track.
Today's message was to eat a healthy breakfast. Chef Meg
listed easy 5 minute items to try. Whole wheat bread or
bagels, muffins or waffles that you prepared the night before,
peanut butter, yogurt and fresh fruit. All simple things that
you can eat in 10 minutes and get your day started out right.
It may take some time to make this a habit but people who
eat breakfast every day are more likely to loose weight
that those who skip breakfast.
I guess we all know this but a reminder is always good.
