Slept well I think, got up and had a good breakfast and finished my claim for chiro. Had to call the insurance for help and both times got through immediately and very nice assisants.
Now to wait for the money to get in my bank so I can pay my card.
Today plans are to go to veggie and fruit store, then later to make 2 door frames. That is all he has wood wise other than the huge job of making subfloor. But we have the back area almost all cleared and that helps to have room to work. Still a lot of stuff that has to go sell get rid of whatever and some to shed. I just don't know where it will all go then dad is going to want storage room too. Going to be hard to get him to give up stuff, I remember mum saying he wouldnt throw anything away. Know he is going to be mad at me, as I have no issues turfing stuff. DD is just like dad she has so much stuff.
Today is dd and hubbys 2nd anniversary. I will call her in a bit, not sure if he is off or not, and if not she may want to go to the veggies store with us. I have to get some fruit have been craving apples. hmmm
Logging my food again to check my fat, carb, and protein ratios. Back to healthy and good today so far with no problem. I know how well I felt and how fat I feel now. Not bloated just flabby.
So guess I will go call dd and see how she is, she is avoiding us I am sure cos she knows she needs to get ahold of that dr. anyway hubby may talk to her again. no sense me doing it.
Hope you all have a great day, rain here but still a good day. Haven't had much rain and so far only for today. Tomorrow we have chiro and dad over for supper. Was hoping that the main room would be more empty but as hubby says I neeed all these tools for doing stuff and no sense running out to the shed every time.
Cya later. plan today is to do the bike for 15 mins and then som rubber band for upper body. Slow to start as found ysterday even carrying small things back and forth to shed ( not far) was hurting my legs. Baby steps and I will get there. well back to 178. and then forward again.
