August I did not do very well. I stress ate almost every day. I'm talking huge bags of starbust, brownies, chips I exercised two times. This is going to change. However, I made enough small changes I did manage to lose 4 lbs. Now I'm only 10 lbs above the lowest weight I had reached earlier this year.
For September, I'm going to continue to work on getting my eating back on track. My exercise goal is 30 mins of walking or gazelle 3 times a week. If I do more than that, awesome. I'm setting small goals so that I can hopefully reach them. Then I can set larger goals in October. This week, my exercise days are Tues, Weds, and Fri. Since I'm going out of town this weekend, I should be able to take walks Sat, Sun, and Mon/Labor Day as well, which will be nice to get the (hopefully) sunshine.
If I can lose 5 lbs in September, I'll be a happy camper. My longer term goal being to average about 5 lbs a month. Just a little over 1 lb a week, totally doable. That would put me back at my previous low weight by Nov 1st. Here's my goals thru year end.
Today 8/28: 212.6 *Hello September
Monday 10/1: 207 (-5.6 lbs - 5 wks) *getting back on track (total 60 lbs lost)
Thursday 11/1: 202 (-5 lbs - 4.5 wks) * previous low weight (total 65 lbs lost)
Saturday 12/1: 197 (-5 lbs - 4 wks) * Hello Onederland! (total 70 lbs lost)
Tuesday 1/1/13: 192 (-5 lbs - 4 wks) *Happy New Year (total 75 lbs lost)
