Well I have my first week back under my belt. I have to say it wasn't such a struggle to get back into adjusting to my new lifestyle. I know that I have to treat this as a life style change and not a diet. This is the way I have to live my life by portion control and watching the foods I eat and exercising. Right now I have to think about everything I do eventually it will just come naturally to me. The results in the end will be that I am healthier and feeling soooo much better. I lost 6.4 pounds the first week and that feels great but I also know the first week you may drop a lot but it will ease up to a pound or two a week. That truly is the way to lose it as that's going to stay off. I know if you lose it too quickly you have a better chance of gaining it back. I know I am going to have good weeks and bad weeks I know I am going to plateau for a while at times but I just have to keep working towards my goals short and long term.
