well another day is done and dusted....
Dog and i walked 4k's today...did that because there wasn't a park at the gym so walked dog then went to an appointment i had.....then went to the gym....amazing that i didn't use no park earlier as an excuse not to go at all....

Have a staff day with church staff tomorrow and was going to be taking dog with me however DD is still off work so her and SIL are going to have dog for the day for me...dog had me up most of the night last night....worse than a new baby....lol....hopefully dig will stay down stairs tonight and sleep....
My hubby is away out of town tomorrow tuill friday so dog and I will home alone....must admit while dog is forced walking I will be glad to drop dog back at her home on Friday....not that she is a bad dog in any way she is just poining for her master....

Am going to have a reasonable early night tonight to hopefully catchup on some sleep and hopefully dog will sleep as well...need to be up early in the morning so it works well that hubby is leaving early tomorrow....need to get all my bits done before leaving as it will be later when i get back home....
