Weighed myself...and owned up to it. I plotted my goal weight and determined how long it will take to get there. The good news is that I can achieve it by my four year Sparkversary in May. I also took Day 1 measurements so I have a way to measure progress when the scale won't.
Tracked. I didn't modify my portion sizes or food choices vs. my typical diet for months and months now. I even logged the ketsup on my veggie dog. I was not within my ranges, but then I didn't set my goals until I was done eating for the day.
Kept procrastination to a minimum. Yeah, I took a nap when I could have been working out, but at the end of the day, I am here...and that counts for something.
Not gonna talk about starting over. Not gonna speculate on how awesome I am going to be a month from now or a year from now.
The hubby and I are less than two weeks away from getting our adoption study approved. We have been practicing our parenting skills on every 7 year old kid our friends will loan us for the night or the week! We have almost finished building our basement up from bare studs to a space we can use for our soon to be growing family. I am pretty awesome today....
A month or a year from now I'd just like to be skinnier too!
