Just a quick update with my workout schedule and my continued goals:
I found out a couple of weeks that I have a stomach ulcer, which was caused by stress mainly from work. So I am taking meds and eating better, lots of water and thanks to my BLC 19 Captain Lynn, who found an article that cranberry juice helps with ulcers, I have been feeling a lot better lately.
So here is my updated plan for the next few months and of course I will add and take away as needed:
Strength Training
Sunday - Rest Day (Football Season) Unless I need to do activities for BLC 20
Monday Upper body
Tuesday Lower
Wednesday Core
Thursday Upper Body
Friday Core
Saturday Lower
Cardio Sessions:
Sunday - Rest Day
Monday Treadmill/Elliptical/Bike one of these for 45 minutes
Tuesday Turbo Kick
Wednesday Step Class
Thursday Cardio Dance
Friday Treadmill/Elliptical/Bike one of these for 45 minutes
Saturday Step and Yoga (alternate days)
I am still working on the nutritional side of things. Although I have been eating more fruits, I even tried Mangos last week, not fond of the taste.
