Yesterday was my Day 15. It was Sunday and the day I take my girls back to their father. We pretty much just had a lazy day together. They hate being with him and hopefully soon all of that will change.
Today is Day 16. I just realized that this is my 3rd week into my journey of creating the new me. I was doing great all day until my ex started his bull crap again. He should be informing me of things that goes on with the girls, but he thinks that I don't need to know anything. By time I got home from work, I wished I had a punching bag. Since I don't have one, I decided to relieve the stress by working out. I did my Bob Harper workout, then I walked down to the fitness center and walked for about 50 minutes on the treadmill which equals 2.5 miles. I game home and had a nice leftover dinner and I feel great. I was really ticked off earlier. Nothing could put be in a better mood,well exercising did. Now I know what to do next time I get that way.
