After a very stressful last week, this week promises to be better. Lots of distractions, travel and other oddities made it easy to get off my journey from fatness to fitness last week. But I'm back in my little routine and this week I'll try to finish out August strong!
Rested from cardio today because I walked a lot yesterday. Sunday is supposed to be my day of rest for the week, but sometimes it's not.
I did my strength training. It's not hard, I just need to do it consistently 3 days a week. I'm eating better, more healthy. I'm drinking that water! Glug! Glug! Slosh when I move [almost].
Come on! Weigh in is just a few days away. And measurements for the new month! I CAN DO THIS!
