1 i started with spark about 4/5 years ago
2 in the first year i i lost 2 stone i know that is slow but i cannot exercize much.
3i reached my goal i set myself
4 i stayed for 3 reasons, 1 ihave some good friends here, 2 i know i can help others and 3 i know i if i stay i can stay on track
5every so often i change my goals
6 i never aim too high, if i make small goals i get more motovation when i reach them i have done that from the very begining
7 i have hit many platuaus during my journey. what do i do? i sit back and review what i am eating, i do`nt track every day but i find by trackimg my food helps me out of a plateau
8 mydetermination has never left me
9 i have always tried to eat healthy but now i iknow thebenifits
10 i do`nt know where i would be without spark i do`nt think i will ever leave
