I've been gone from Sparkpeople for over a year now. I tried Weight Watchers online and did really well for awhile. Then for some reason, my weight starting coming back on. I have put 8 pounds back on since March and I knew something needed to change. So here I am again starting over today with Sparkpeople! I've set myself a little goal. I want to lose at least 10 pounds by November when I go for my physical. Hopefully this will help my cholesterol and my triglycerides to be lower on my blood work. Exercise is a big thing for me. I have enjoyed getting up early this summer and walking my dog before the heat of the day sets in. I am also working out at home with a Swiss Exercise Ball, weights and Zumba Dance for Wii. Staying active I know is the key to helping the weight come off and stay off. So today is a new day and I am praying for success!
