The article was very interesting. My temp falls late and rises early. I usually get to sleep around 1AM and get up between 6 and 7. Lots of times I can't fall asleep until 5AM!! Now the article has me concerned!! Are you yourself having problems? 1606 days ago
Interesting. I never really have a problem. Once in a very great while if somehting is bothering me but otherwise I get my 8 hrs. My husband was worried about dementia since he always had sleep problems and snored. 1607 days ago
