Day 9: Keeping positive ...

I've been back on track for 9 days. Today I weighed in and saw that I have not lost anything but the good side is that I have not gained either. I'm OK with that for now. I am really gonna have to work on my water and my portion size! That's the plan!

    Don't let the scale get you down Kellygirl! Water is a big key to losing, I have found and of course, portion size. Just keep doing one good thing at a time. You will get there!

    are you taking measurements as well as using the scale? Many times you won't see progress with the scale, but you'll see those inches coming off!! WTG on your 9 day streak!
