Im on my second day on the dash diet challenge on facebook. I love the support. There is also new improvements such as cutting down on carbs and fruits. My roommate has been having medical issues that stress me out to. At least this time he is dealing a little better with them. Yesterday went to the grocery store and did errands. Glad to get out of the house. It is too hot here and too many bad mosqitoes. I probably should try to get 5 minutes of sunshine vitamin d a day. Talked to my friend on the phone. We help each other keep on track . Just keeping cool till wednesday and i am believing i will get foodstamps again. Then i will chill a little then doublecheck on the bus route to dars. Trying to keep on the path.
