I've come up with a new rotation for the next 4 weeks starting on Monday (Aug 27). It will consist of three weeks of strength/cardio followed by one 'recovery cardio' week. It's going to be a challenge because of the use of P90X and Chalean Extreme dvds. I am going to do an official weigh-in and take fresh measurements too.
Week 1 thru Week 3...
Sun - Rest Day
Mon - P90X Chest & Back
Tue - Walk/Jog, Abs
Wed - P90X Shoulder & Arms
Thu - Walk/Jog, Abs
Fri - P90X Legs & Back (only the legs portion) or CLX Lower Body Extreme
Sat - Rest Day
Recovery week...
Sun - Rest Day
Mon - Burn Intervals (combination of extreme cardio for 1 – 2 minutes, followed by a weighted exercise)
Tue - Walk/Jog
Wed - Burn It Off (interval type cardio)
Thu - Walk/Jog
Fri - KenPOX (cardio kickboxing)
The goal is to do this or a similar rotation over the next 90 days to get me through the high caloric time of year (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve) and hopefully shave off a few more inches and/or pounds...LOL!
