August Goals, Final Edition

Five more days in the month, but I think it's safe enough to sum up my successes with my August goals:

~ Low alky beer, 4 or less, nothing before 10:10 COUPLE OF SLIPS BUT STILL DOING WELL!
~ Walk at work at least 15 minutes every day DOING GREAT SO FAR!
~ Run at least 2 sets of stairs at work every day DOING UBER WELL!
~ Keep doing my 31 curb jumps DOING GREAT SO FAR!
~ Pushups or 10 lb weights 6 days/week: BETTER AND BETTER.
~ Do the crunch challenge and work up to 31 crunches: ADJUSTED MY TIME AND AM DOING BETTER!
~ Keep calories to 2000 or less (changing tracker tomorrow) BETTER AND BETTER!

Beer: OVERDONE!!

Jumps: DONE
Pushups/Weights: DONE
Stairs: DONE
Walk: DONE

What's on tap for September? More of the same, but now adding squats and alternating days with the jumps. Jumps are getting boring. Can't have that, now can we!

    Sounds like a good plan.....adding squats will help a lot too. Try planks....they really help your core.
