I felt low yesterday but blogged anyways.
Finances are not total fail but since my disability
(rightly so) is gone we are out 900 bucks a month and the
last 2 months did not quit make up for it with hardly any
business funds from my handyman work. Thus I allowed
myself to get down. Today I go shopping and will not be
buying a few items that are frills and pinch a few more
pennies. I know things will improve and I will not allow myself
to dwell on the cons...

THE PROS :
I list them in my blog every now and then and you can see a picture of them as you read....
My Children are my Fine Gold ,
I get to spend so much time with them and molding them all to
be great leaders or may be at least good people.
My wife is such a blessing to me with so much support
My Sparkfriends !
You guys rock and are encouraging and uplifting!

263 (again to 50 pounds gone 20 to go ! )__ reward = Vacation !
I have worked out since my original goal of 50 was met and am much stronger now.. This goal will be so Awesome to reach!
262 (low in years)__ New pair of jeans and underwear/socks! Check that 2 New outfits!

Vacation to Universal studios / Disney in Florida and visit my family there!!!

Life is Great and God is Greater for Strength , my family

many material and other blessing in my life and The ability to
get up period !! !!

I am weighing in daily and I ate great Yesterday but did very little exercise.
My consistancy is getting better and soon I WILL reach my goals!

I am happy to continue to work towards taking the weight off
