Had a great weekend. We made fajitas and tortilla soup for dinner and then ended up being very healthy. It has been fun finding new healthy recipes, I really missed cooking with my hubby. We bought a lot more fresh produce from the store to get us through the week as well. Its much more expensive than we were eating before, but we haven't been to a restaurant in about 2 weeks, so we are saving money there.

Jake experienced his first parade this weekend and then we also went and visited the local fair. I was even able to indulge in some fair food since they had frozen yogurt!

I attempted some WII Fit on Saturday. My balance is very bad and my ankles were very sore the next day. I didn't see much cardio benefit from it, but the stretching and strength training are worth it. I am looking into purchasing a Zumba or Fitness training game for it so I haven't some cardio activity for the winter months.

My weigh-in this morning had me down 2.5lbs! When I first started sparkpeople this time around I was around 130 and quickly dropped down to 225, which I assume was water weight/bloat. I hope I am able to continue with this trend because I do not know how long my "fat" jeans will hold out. They are pretty much the only pants I have to wear right now for work. I have plenty of pre-pregnancy pants waiting for me, I just gotta fit into them.
