The Goddess in me would give anything to go back to bed but we persevered and went to the gym this morning. 45 minutes of Cycling? Will I make it?? I wasn't real sure. Luclily the class today was a 20/20.
20 minutes of cycling and 20 minutes of strength training.
PERFECT! I can make it through 20 minutes of cycling with no problem. It was over before I knew it.
Now to make it through the strength training. And the instructor decided on Legs to focus on.
Ok, I can do this.... Yuppers I did it but my strength is at an all time low now.
On to work
My bed is still looking really good to me.
