Well, I got a little side-lined/sidetracked last week. Thursday morning, a non running day, I got up, felt fine, and did some yoga. I got showered and ready for work, ate some yogurt, and then started feeling ill. Upset stomach, really tired, fuzzy-headed/achey. Just generally yucky. And on my birthday too. I had to go to work as I was the only tech in the office, and made it in a bit late, adn left early. By about 4pm I started feeling hungry. Friday morning I was a bit better, and by Friday afternoon, I felt good, but very tired. Saturday was better than that, and Sunday better still. This morning, I'm back on track and did my run/walk. Beautiful weather. It feels great to be done with my exercise already. It should be a great pool day once I'm off work, so I plan to laze in the pool a while tonight.
I was concerned when I started feeling ill that maybe running was making me sick. I certainly hope not, but I will strive to get to bed early and get plenty of rest. The rest of my workouts on non-running days will be very light.
