When you feel yourself losing your temper, ask yourself:
Am I at fault?
Will acting this way solve anything?
Should I be helping instead of getting angry?
Am I uncomfortable (hungry, too hot, too cold, have a headache)?
Can I make a joke about this?
Its tempting to dwell on questions like Whose fault is it? but in the end, they tend to stoke your temper.
