Exercise is HARDDD!!!!

Serious ppl, exercise is really hard....

Sometimes I feel like my lungs are on fire.
Trying a little bit of this and that [10 minutes maximum]. I find that I enjoy walking and weight training most.

I think the idea of jumping up and down ...erks me...but still I have to try...
Sometimes I feel that I didn't do enough for the day.

Right now I'm doing my own exercises...use to go to the gym in the past and would stop after one month...the gym gets boring....and I become demotivated...

I feel more motivated exercising on my own...watching workout videos

I'm a bit contented right now.

    Hang in there...I say stick to what you know you like. For me, I have to do a combination of working out in my house to DVDs and getting out doors. My getting out doors is using my local park, roller skating or attending a free exercise class at my local community center or non-profit organizations.

    I know it seems that way at first. Trust me I get that feeling of my lungs being on fire. I take a break for just 5 seconds the most. Right now you should try to build up your endurance. And damn, I knowhow that gym can be, its madddd boring. I'm doing videos now as you know. I love the outdoors as well. Just try to set small goals Nat, you'll make it I just know it emoticon

    What irks me is laying down on the workout mat sweaty...YIKES! I don't mind the jumping up & down cause that how you grab burning calories point.....lbvs

    I like to think of exercise as a release. I let go of the toxins, negativity, thinking, emotions, residual anger if it's there and the biggie, stress!! I gain so much.
    It's hard for me when I don't exercise regularly because I start to feel overwhelmed. It's really how you think about it that matters. Hang in there... for sure. Keep moving and sparking...

    I like riding a bike for serious cardio. The last time I started a program I could only initially ride for 11 minutes. Within a few months I was riding for 60 minutes pretty intensely. It just takes time and patience. Hang in there it is very importatn.
