We all have them! I can be really good at it. There are the standards, of course, I'm too busy, too tired, too sick...But I can also get creative - I can't exercise in the morning on Tuesday, because it will wake up my husband and I can't workout after work because I have class. Wednesday is church and I have to go there straight from work...yeah - excuses, excuses, excuses.
Time to find solutions...If I really want to workout in the morning I can always go for a walk, that won't wake up my husband. We also have a fitness center at work so I can workout there before I leave to go to class or church. Or I can work out on my lunch break or coffee break with Coach Nicole's desk workouts.
