Time for a big change!!!
Missed 3 days at the gym. 2 because that's what I decided and I was ok with my decision, the last day was because I stupidly had too many drinks last night. There was no way I could have even done 30 minutes of cardio today. Not hungover at all, just VERY sluggish.
I don't drink a lot. On the weekends, (Friday/Saturday) I may have 2-3 drinks. But I think I am just going to limit myself to 1 instead. I am sure that drinks aren't helping. Especially since it's vokda and OJ.
I need to really stock up on snacks. More fruit and veggies. I have veggies in the fridge, all cut up. I've been snacking on them. I've been buying these delicious cookies and indulging in a few, bad idea. Gotta learn to say no, I don't need that.
Gonna try this training facility by my house that offers, cardio boxing, boxing, MMA, personal training and other things. I really need to add something else to my routine, gym isn't cutting it.
I have off this week, I plan on getting a workout in every day
I am going to do my best to make this week a GREAT week!!!!!
