If you live in an area which is being blanketed with aerial or ground spraying of pesticides for mosquitoes, it is virtually impossible to completely avoid exposure. However, there is plenty you can do to help get the pesticides out of your body and offset their effects....
Great info, thanks for sharing. So could have used the info a few years ago when I lived in the Central Valley of California where the farmers use aerial spraying and didn't care that the spray drifted over the small towns.
I don't live in the areas being sprayed, but I have been worried for those that do. I personally, would be less afraid of the mosquitoes than the cure for getting rid of them. The cure always seems to have more side effects than the disease.
