Yesterday I decided to be a lazy. I guess I was so stoked on my weight loss that I let go of most of my issues for a day. I ate dinner at 8:00 pm with my sister and her family. We had fun making dinner and drinking wine. It's always a bad thing to eat late for me. I also didn't make it to the gym. But everyone needs a day like that. Just not everyday. Today I'm eating on track and going to gym in afternoon. After a bit of work. I feel a little more in control
