I weighed myself at the gym today and I'm at 151 !!! WOOO! This is exciting! Only ten more pounds to go! I've hardly done any cardio except maybe 20 minutes once a week on the treadmill or a 5 minute warm up. I've been focusing mainly on strength and eating properly. I've toned up quite a bit! When I was at my lowest last year at around 142 ish, I still wasn't happy with my body and I started to gain weight back. Cardio helped me lose weight but strength training has helped me get the body I've always wanted! Still working on my stubborn stomach which refuses to lose fat but I'm not giving up! Anyway, here are my august pics compared to ones I took sometime in May.
May (aka the before pics)

August (the after pics):
weight: 151 lbs
Some of the changes I notice are my butt is smaller and has waaaay less cellulite on it! (thank god!) My waist has also shrunk a bit and my back muscles show more. I think overall I'm just more toned. I've only lost about 4 pounds but I put on some muscle. It's hard to tell in the pictures but I've lost an inch and a half on my thighs. Also, here's a pic of the dress I wore to Harley's cousins wedding:
Anyway, did triceps and chest today at the gym. My arms are super sore! I start school tomorrow (yikes!) I'm looking forward to it! 2 more years then I'll be done and on my career path as an animal vet tech. =)
