Excuses for Skipping Exercise

We all have those excuses~
I am too tired-I am too busy-It is too early/too late.
And these are the excuses I have used in the past to
let myself off the hook. But, thankfully, those excuses
sit idle most days. Any excuse I can use to get more
exercise is the order of the day. My responses to
those excuses are~I CAN do it, I AM worth it, Just DO it!
If it's to be, it's up to me!
Find a way to work around those excuses and make a
positive attitude work for you.
