50 Pounds

Sunday, August 26, 2012

Well i never thought I'd ever be able to say this but i have finally saw the 50 pounds gone. Obviously not since ive joined SPARKPEOPLE but since I was at my heaviest! I sure can't tell but from 50 pounds ago i am 2 almost 3 sizes smaller. But just in the past 3 months i am 17 lbs lighter and a total of 13 inches gone and 1 almost 2 sizes smaller! The only discouraging thing about it is I dont see it. I still see the old size me, But it sure feels good to hear how im looking good and how im looking smaller from just couple months ago! Just wish the inches would drop faster, but i know they will once im able to get to a gym! Really wish I'd of had before pics but i HATE my pictures being taken and never did full body pics cuz i couldnt stand seeing myself..but I have started taking pics couple months ago for then when i get to my goal i will post! another 47 pounds to go!

I have the same issue..I lost over 200 pounds and have to look in the mirror to see the change....I do try on my fat clothes to remind me where I was..

great job, keep pushing you will get there, it seems it never comes off as fast as it goes on or as easy ....

Have a healthy week
