Well not really...more of a keeping everyone anyone updated with what I'm up to lately.
My nutrition has been a joke the last few weeks and it shows on the scale. I haven't been total lazy bum though. I've managed to throw in an occasional ST session and a few runs here and there.
My plan is to get back on track this week with the clean eating and since I went grocery shopping last night, I'm all set with veggies, some fruit, fish, chicken and shrimp. When I eat clean I always have energy and rarely miss a workout. Duh?
While I'very been on Sparkpeople a few years already, I'm approaching the one year anniversary of when I got serious and focused on a healthy change for good. I have been fairly consistent but have missed a day or two here and there logging on since September 25, 2011. So much good has come of it but I will wait another month to highlight the past year's healthy journey.
