Okay usually on Sunday or Monday I do a weekly schedule and try to stick with it. Last week I give myself a C Today in SparkCoach Coach Nicole wrote about But Busters. This is my weekly schedule with my but busters. I am hoping for at least a B this week. I do have personal things this week to take care of but.........
Monday-I have to take the papers down to DSS to have my insurance reinstated. Lord knows how long that is going to take. I have filled out the papers and took them down 3 weeks ago but they lost them. Of course, they say they never received them. This time I am going to get the name of who I give them to, the time and if possible want to speak to my social worker. For the last 2 weeks I was suppose to have blood done and had to pay for it myself, $15.00 copay. Tomorrow I have an appointment to see Dr. Watson, a pulmonologist for my asthma. I need this appointment. I have to have blood done again if the insurance is reinstated.---This is very important so does derail my AM pool workout. My Dr. appointment is in the afternoon. The pool is open until 7pm If I have time I would like to go to the gym and get on the bike if it is not all signed up for. You have to sign up for the bike and if you aren't there in the morning, it can get used up. I am out anyway and the Hospital for Special Care is about 1 mile from my house. I can check it out. I have my gym bag all packed in the car in case the urge ever hit while I was out. If I don't do anything with the gym or pool I will walk the track at the park. It is just one mile.-----------------------My but busters will be that I have to get back on track. The bike is only for 20 minutes. I feel great after using the bike. If I have to use the park, I can always turn around after 10 minutes if I feel I can't do the whole mile. At least I will have done something.
Tuesday--Since Luis is coming on Wednesday, I am GOING TO go to the pool and do my strength training workout. I will also walk the pool, forwards, sideways and backwards(2x) for a total of 1/2 hour. I also bicycle and do another move I don't know what they call it for a total of 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.----My but busters will be remembering how great I feel in the water and after the workout.
Wednesday--I will do some core strengthening exercises. I realized I don't have any in the water. I will find some on SP or find a SP video. Today I do house chores and errands. If I get the new DVD's I ordered I will do one if not I will do a SP cardio DVD. I ordered Coach Nicole's Firm and Fit and Cardio Blast.
Thursday.--Back over to the Hospital for Special Care and on the bike. If anyone is around, maybe they can show me how to use the treadmill and/or the elliptical. I am going to do some mat work and do stretching. I will then get in the water and walk and bicycle.
Friday.--Pool day. This will be a full strength training workout and cardio workout.
I have to utilize the Hospital for Special Care as much as possible now. My scholarship ends on September 30 so no more gym and no more pool after that date. My rent went up by $34.00 starting in September and my gas bill went up by $8.00. For the gas bill I pay a budget set amount every month. So now I can't afford the pool membership. It is very disappointing to say the least. You can't even apply for another scholarship for another 6 months and the one I have now took almost a year to get. Oh well, such is life.
SparkCoach had some great but busters. Just do it. Someone busier than you is exercising this moment. Remember the feeling. Don't just think about it-do it. What are your but busters. I read a post yesterday that said if I had the cure for motivation and could package it, I would be rich. Rich I tell you, rich. I responded that yes, she would, then she could have Dr. Oz. promote it for her. Wouldn't that be
I'd buy it.
