I haven't been able to do much in the ways of working out again as I have been very sick... AGAIN! :( which is also why I havent been on this site in awhile...
anyway, School is starting up again tomorrow.. I am in class from 1pm-9pm.. talk about a long day for me!!!!!
So I have a question..

1) what is somethings you guys would pack for lunches? As you know buying out all the time is both unhealthy, and REALLY expensive.. but at the same time sometimes I get bored with the same thing.. so I am looking for new Ideas

    sorry about the late reply (I just saw you left a nice comment on my silly blog.. thanks!!)

A couple of silly suggestions for easy low-cal packed lunches:

whole grain (brown) pasta -- spaghetti, fusilli, whatever type of noodle you like best. Only takes 9 mins to cook. Drain, add olive oil & salt and pack in a tupperware container. 100 grams of pasta + 1 Tbsp olive oil = 455 cals (go easy on the olive oil. It's healthy but packs a whopping 120 cals per tablespoon!!)

kiwis are also a great lunch or snack. Just pack a knife sharp enough to cut them in half and a little spoon to eat them with :) 33 cals per kiwi.

Tofu is also a great low-cal ingredient. Fry up 5 mins on medium heat with soy sauce & cayenne pepper (great for metabolism & taste) and voila! Spicy tofu :D
Depending on the brand, tofu is about 75-100 cals per 100g.

    This week I'm going to try a veggie wrap with a bit of cheese or tofu for protein.
