It's a cool day and good time for gardening, but I am cooking bone broth and miso and getting ready to wash dishes.
Life is about choices and eating right has to come before a pretty yard. I am still a bit drowsy from a sleep in (715am!) but know sleeping 8 hours is a must for BMR. I know its been a long time since I slept 8 hours....
I am working on destressing over the yard and enjoying some personal WOOHOO time as I check out the food plan for today and find myself in range for everything but fiber. There is room for unsuplurated apricots and dried cherries.
