I have always thought that a diet was what I needed to start. Well, I would start and quit in about 2 days. It felt like too much pressure to follow the diet perfectly. I've decided this time that I need a lifestyle change... and I have stuck with it for a week! I've noticed weight loss (around 9 pounds), but even better... I feel great! I am also so proud of myself for realizing my mindset was unhealthy all along.
SparkPeople has played a huge role in this revelation. I am so thankful for this community!
