I Am So Proud!!

Sunday, August 26, 2012

I have always thought that a diet was what I needed to start. Well, I would start and quit in about 2 days. It felt like too much pressure to follow the diet perfectly. I've decided this time that I need a lifestyle change... and I have stuck with it for a week! I've noticed weight loss (around 9 pounds), but even better... I feel great! I am also so proud of myself for realizing my mindset was unhealthy all along.

SparkPeople has played a huge role in this revelation. I am so thankful for this community!

I'm so sorry about the multiple post. It kept saying I had profanity when I tried to add the emoticon. It must have posted every time I tried to fix it.
Uhggg! Only you have the power to "delete"
    Have a good day

Good for you! Weight loss and good health are a process. Diets are a temporary fix.
I quit dieting and started working on food and my emotions instead.
It really is making a difference.
Wishing you continued success in your journey!

Good for you. Not dieting is a smart decision. Being healthy and losing weight is a process. It takes time. I quit dieting too and have been working hard to overcome the ways I have misused food in the past.
Wishing you success on your journey!
